Placing Your Order
If you have received your DSA funding entitlement letter and would like to order your equipment please follow the steps required to Place Your Order.
Once you receive your DSA equipment and/or software, we are here to support you as and when you require, either with training or via our experienced technical team.
Training
Training plays an important role in the delivery of an effective service to students. If you have received your equipment and have been awarded training sessions as part of your DSA award, please Contact Us to arrange a date and time for your session to take place. We will try to deal effectively and with the minimum of disruption to your studies, by coming to you at an address and time of your choice to train you in the areas you feel you need some extra support.
If you are experiencing problems with a certain software package or hardware, this can result in a you not getting the most out of your equipment. We have found that training can help in many of these situations and our sessions are adapted to each student's needs and requirements.
